Megha –Ek Naushikiye Ki Kavitaayien by Kumar Mohit

“Hindi has always been the voice of this country, though we have diversities Hindi doesn’t discriminate.” This is my love for Hindi, and surely this was the reason behind binding the collection of poems with a thread of emotions of the different color in a name which symbolizes hope for farmers, fate for peasants and source of life for creatures “Megha” (The Rain). The inspiration for writing this book is my interest in Hindi literature and the immense love of my grandfather. He had inspired a lot and same was done by those poets and authors (Jayshankar Prasad, Harivansh Rai Bachhan, Robert Frost and many other) of pre-independence era whom we had read during our school days. This book will surely be liked by those, who love the classical form of Hindi, the beauty of Hindi literature, the metaphors, the personifications and many other elements. And the subjects are also exhaustive like bravery, society, love, tragedy and truth. Moreover, the emphasis was laid on relating the poems with nature, with our local environment so that we can relate to it and can feel the importance of it. Because literature serves as a mirror to the society, and if it isn’t able to depict the ongoing condition, it won’t be more than a pleasant piece of writing. The opening lines are itself an invitation to look into the situation of society:-

“इंद्रधनुष के रंगों को मैं , ढूंढ रहा बाज़ारों में,
हंसी ठहाके , मौन मंच और शंका के गलियारों में”
I hope it will surely be loved by Hindi lovers.

BlueRose Publishers presents The Wheel of Creation by Rakhi Roy Halder

Science Never Clashes with Spirituality The Wheel of Creation is the English translation of the collected volume of Hindi poems “Srishti Chakra” written by Rakhi Roy Halder. Her students of Loreto college, Kolkata translated many poems of this book, under the guidance of the editor of the book Subhasree Basu, faculty of Loreto College. Man is an integral part of creation. His life is governed by the law of the universe. The human intellect categorizes things for the convenience of understanding. This categorization leads to a disintegrated view of creation. Science versus spirituality is one such example of disintegrated vision. As described by Swapna Behera—Educationist, Editor, and Bilingual Author, The Wheel of Creation is a rare combination of Science and Poetry. This collection of poems aims at expressing the roller coaster ride that is life and uniting the spiritual and scientific consciousness to reveal the magical power of energy flowing through the entire universe, which pla...
